Support Benson's Case Appeal Journey

A Young Father of 2, came to the US 9 months ago with his family thru a Work Visa from a hospital in one of the East Coast States. While He worked one evening shift, a Patient called for help to be repositioned in bed. He called a CNA to work together to reposition the Patient. As they were pulling on the drawsheet, the guy accidentally elbowed the mlami lady's boob. He apologized to her and they proceeded to finish their job. After afew minutes, the Kenyan guy was called into the DON's office to be questioned about the incident, he was also asked to filled out an incident report.

Next day, lawsuit! Fired, and the rest was a nightmare!

The court assigned him a public defender lawyer but because his was a nurse and earned a significant amount of money ,the public defender was withdrawn .He then had to hire a private lawyer who advised him to take the PLEA deal. He accepted thinking that the matter will be resolved and he will go back to his normal life.

Following days were bad, he had to register as a s3x offender, his apartment complex wants him out by end month and his wife who is now the bread winner is not only overwhelmed, but confused and in despair!

They cry everyday, guy can't find a job and they are about to be homeless! The Tiktok community in the US has started a fundraising to help find a lawyer who can flip the case and clean the guys reputation. Meanwhile, the hospital that brought him, canceled the contract and referred him to immigration for deportation. We are hoping and praying for justice....
