Support Benji’s Cerebral Palsy Journey

Hi, my name is Cassey, and I’m the biological aunt and now adoptive mom of Benjamin one of our twin boys.

Benji and his twin brother came to us through kinship foster care in 2022 after a call from CPS changed our lives. Born not breathing for the first three minutes of his life, Benji suffered HIE brain damage and was later diagnosed with cerebral palsy and microcephaly.

While his twin has hit milestones on time, Benji’s journey looks different. He works harder than most kids just to learn to sit, bear weight, or hold up his head.

We recently raised funds for an intensive that will help him tremendously, and we’re so grateful.

Benji’s needs didn’t end when the fundraiser did. This GoFundMe will help cover the ongoing medical expenses that come with raising a child with complex needs like intensives, travel and any other medical needs.
