My name is Benjamin Rivero. I am 16 years old and am a Life Scout for Troop 90, in Utica, Michigan. I am currently pursuing my Eagle Scout rank.

The Eagle Scout rank is the highest achievement in the Scouting America program. Only about 4% of youth members obtain it. It requires completing 20+ merit badges, serving as a troop leader, and planning and executing a major community service project.

I am doing my Eagle Scout project for the St. Isidore Catholic Church (located in Macomb Twp., MI). With my family, I have been a member of St. Isidore for many years.

This project will consist of building 2 big storage shelving units (approx. 12 feet wide x 8 feet high) to accommodate the growing number of events and activities while freeing up storage space for the parish.

I am raising funds to purchase materials and supplies needed to construct the shelves, and I hope to raise around $1300 for the project.

Any funds raised but not used for my project will be donated to St. Isidore.

Donations in any amount helps. I thank you in advance for your support and generosity.

Sincerely,

Benjamin Rivero
