To do this right costs money—mostly legal and technical analysis costs. We have already seen the results of the professional representation needed to meet this challenge head-on, but we need your help to keep Attorney Jason Holder’s excellent work moving forward. We have the momentum; now we need to keep the engines running.

Our Phased Plan:

Phase 1 (COMPLETED): Initial legal launch and retainer fees. (Funded by off-line community efforts).

Phase 2 Goal ($12,000): Our immediate milestone to bring the legal account current and fund the specialized research needed now to challenge the current proposal.

Phase 3 Goal ($15,000): As this effort moves into our longer CEQA (and NEPA) reviews, these funds will help cover the legal and professional analysis for a hard-nosed, clear-eyed record-building that helps all stakeholders.
