Support Basketball Ministry in Jerusalem

I'm so excited to travel with News Release Basketball to Jerusalem, Israel!! I am a basketball coach in Arkansas, and I am so excited to be able to reach people and use my love of basketball to make new relationships and hopefully create some new fans of the game!

News Release Basketball is an international ministry that uses basketball to share God’s love and the good news of salvation through Jesus.

It's amazing how this game opens so many doors and brings people together! I have worked with this organization before and am so pleased to work with them again. The leaders have an incredible heart for Jesus and for the kids who we will be teaching and showing our love of basketball.

We are partnering with the Jerusalem International YMCA to conduct a 4-day basketball camp for the youth throughout the region.

We will be working with local partners who hope to use this camp to build trust and relationships with both the campers and their families. This means that we will be able to make a long-term positive impact in people's lives even though we are only there for a short time.

Obviously, this area has been through tremendous turmoil in recent months and years, so we are excited to be part of a joyful and unifying camp. Sports can be such an incredible way to set aside the stresses of daily life and be able to focus on a specific goal for even a short amount of time. In this case, basketball and having fun!
