My name is Barbara West and I am retired. I decided to open up a halfway house for incarcerated men, the ones that don't have a home to return to. The halfway house on the westside is desperately needed. I would like to help our incarcerated men once released from prison to become productive citizens. The program will offer housing, food, shelter, job training, parenting skills, GED, and skills needed to reenter society.
