Support the Balance Jiu Jitsu Project: Empower Peruvian Youth Through Jiu Jitsu
The Balance Jiu Jitsu Project is a non-profit initiative dedicated to transforming the lives of children in Punta Hermosa, a beach town in Lima, Peru. We provide free jiu jitsu classes to children aged 10-16 from low-income families, giving them a safe space to learn, grow, and thrive.
Through jiu jitsu, these kids develop critical life skills such as resilience, respect, teamwork, and self-discipline—all while building confidence and self-esteem. However, an essential part of practicing jiu jitsu is having a proper kimono (uniform). Unfortunately, many of our students cannot afford one, as kimonos cost between $75 and $100.
We need your support to equip our students with the kimonos they need to train effectively and continue their jiu jitsu journey. Your donation will go directly toward purchasing kimonos for these children, empowering them to pursue their passion and develop valuable life skills.
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference. Help us provide these kids with the tools they need to succeed on and off the mat. Thank you for being part of their journey!
Donate today and make a lasting impact.
