Support Bailey Brunk's Eagle Scout Project
Donation protected
My name is Bailey Brunk and I am a Life Scout of Troop 216 G in Tacoma, Washington. I am planning my Eagle Scout Project as the next step in my goal to become an Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Scouting journey. An Eagle Project is about using the skills taught through the entire journey of Scouts while giving back to the community that is helping you get there.
I am planning to build a 30-foot round meditation labyrinth for St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Tacoma, Washington. What is the purpose of a meditation labyrinth? It is meant to be a peaceful and quiet place in nature to reflect and enjoy for everyone. The point is to travel a looping path while reflecting on what your life has been up to the current day while walking it. Then on the way out, you consider what you want your future to be; the entire process is to become closer to your faith and yourself.
I have camped, hiked, learned life skills, and made many memories since first joining the Troop in 2021. And I am now excited to give back to the community and place that has helped me grow.
Even one dollar is a step closer to my goal and any donations are appreciated. Any extra funds will go towards a flower garden that will encircle the labyrinth. Thank you for your time and contributions.
