Hi everyone, my name is Sierra.
I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but life has brought us into a situation where we truly need help.
On 11/03/25 our son Jayden was born with a rare heart condition. He has been in the NICU ever since, and right now we are facing the possibility of being transferred to Stanford for more advanced care.
This has been the most beautiful and terrifying time of our lives.
Why We’re Asking for Help
Neither me nor Jayden’s dad, Paul, are able to work right now because we’ve been at Seattle Children’s hospital with our son every day, We want to be here for him and make sure he never feels alone, especially during all of these procedures, tests, and the ups and downs that come with a medically fragile baby.
My sister has been helping us financially as much as she can, but the expenses have become overwhelming, especially with the possibility of out-of-state travel for Jayden’s care.
We are raising funds for:
• Travel to Stanford (if required)
• Food and daily living costs
• Gas and transportation
• Bills we are unable to cover while we’re here full-time with him
We are not asking for anything extra — just enough to get through this chapter so we can focus on giving Jayden the care he needs.
About Jayden
Despite everything he’s facing, Jayden is the sweetest, strongest little boy. He has already fought through so much. We want to give him every chance at a healthy future, and every donation — no matter how small — helps us stay by his side.
Thank You
I want to make this clear:
I am extremely grateful for everything we have.
This is not easy for me to ask, and I prayed about it a lot before writing this. I never want to seem greedy. I just want to be the best mom possible for my son.
If you cannot donate, sharing this means just as much.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading and for caring about our little family.
With love,
Sierra, Paul, and baby Jayden
