Baby Enzo has had a rough 5 months of life. At around 7 months pregnant Kayla and Alex were told there unborn child had fluid on the brain and most likely would have to face brain surgery very soon after his birth. When he was born there were other complications that prevented the doctors from addressing the fluid on the brain right away. Enzo started life having blood transfusions weekly for the first 6 weeks of his life. He finally got on the other side of that, but the swelling from the fluid was getting worse and so the surgery was set for 12/9/20.

Enzo is home recovering, but as you can imagine Kayla and Alex as parents have a long road ahead to of them preventing Kayla from being able to return to work.
