Support Avalon and River in Tough Times

Hello Everyone,

As many of you know, Avalon has touched many of our lives in such a positive way. Even through all of her hardships and struggles, she always kept a positive attitude and a smile.

Unfortunately, in November, she lost her job and with the job market the way it is, she has not been able to find employment as of yet. Avalon is a single-mother to River, who is autistic and non-verbal. When Avalon was working, insurance was able to cover River's therapy center costs. Since the layoff, the cost of the therapy center has become too much.

Avalon is not aware that we are doing this for her. As a proud Southern woman, I don't think she would ever out right as for help, but as her close friend, I know that she is in need of support right now.

I am looking to help Avalon and River in anyway I can. I thought since she touched so many of our lives, some of us could help touch her and River's life during this hard time. Any contribution is helpful and appreciated.
