Support Autumn's Journey to Adopt from Ecuador

Hi, my name is Autumn. In the summer of 2016, I took my first trip to Ecuador where I fell in love with a small orphanage. I then returned for Thanksgiving that year where I knew even more that this place would be special. In the summer of 2017, I wanted to spend more than 1 week there and was able to schedule 6 weeks there, going there and coming home with two different churches in my area.

Throughout my stay, I fell in love with therapy, the children, the staff, and grew closer to the Lord. After much prayer, I decided not to come back for my junior year of college and would live the rest of the semester in Ecuador. It was there I was able to lead therapy on so many children, lead teams visiting for the summer, and spend time with locals and American missionaries. After 4.5 months, my aunt passed away and I left Ecuador and returned home early. I was able to attend one last time in 2018.

Years passed, I graduated college and went on to graduate school to study Occupational Therapy. In 2024, after graduating from school and working for a year, I was able to return to that special place. Each trip, God put something on my heart to be thankful, knowing a passion for therapy, and to giving up the college experience to follow God's plan for me.

This last trip, adoption was heavy on my heart. I knew one day from that first trip in 2016, I would like to adopt from Ecuador, from the orphanage that changed my life. Throughout the trip, two children were laid on my heart, where God has continued to discuss growing and becoming a mother. My goal is to adopt two siblings from Ecuador. I am so excited for this journey, and can't wait to keep y'all updated with me. Please pray for me and these sweet babies throughout this process and thank you for helping me make this possible.
