Our daughter, grand daughter, Austyn Saylor, has spent her life fighting. She is a proud childhood cancer leukemia survivor and has served our country honorably as an active-duty Marine for seven years. As a dedicated, loving mother to her two children, Austyn now faces a battle she cannot win alone. After years of service and overcoming the unthinkable, she is at risk of losing her children due to a heartbreaking family situation and a lack of financial resources.

Our daughter Austyn is currently going through a divorce that has become far more complicated and overwhelming than anyone anticipated.

What should be a fair and respectful legal process has turned into an uphill battle. The "Other side" has significant financial resources. Unfortunately Austyn does not have the resources and is struggling to afford the legal representation she needs to protect her rights and ensure a fair outcome.

This isn't about "winning" it's about making sure her voice is heard, that she is treated fairly, and that any decisions made are in the best interest of everyone involved, especially her children.

Legal fees in cases like this add up quickly, and she is already in the negative, and without proper representation, the outcome can have long term consequences on her financial stability, custody decisions, and future.
