My name is Audria, and I am 44 years of age. Approximately on 28 September 2024, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Small Cell Lung Cancer, which there is no cure for; however, palliative care will always be provided.

Prior to my current battle, I worked for Dollar General for 12 years and was trusted to run my own stores for the last 6 years. After I went to them and informed them of my medical issues, I had to resign as an employee. I have lost my insurance that was supposed to help me (we see how that worked out). My husband, who is my primary caregiver, is having to work multiple jobs just to make ends meet for basic life needs such as food, bills for the home, and just to get by to live. Let alone, we have the responsibility of the overwhelming subject of preparing for the inevitable when my number gets called by the maker.

I was approved for disability in early October 2024, but I was informed the payments will not take effect until May 2025. Currently, the State of Oklahoma is only awarding me $23 in EBT for food stamps. I am asking for you to help donate as much as you can. These funds will go towards basic life expenses (food, clothes, bills) but more importantly, savings for when my time comes to leave this earth. Please help me and my family get prepared for responsibilities that will come at a later date. Additionally, we do ask, please share this with family, friends, and anyone that could help.
