Support Ashley's Marathon for The JJL Foundation

Ashley is running the Charlotte Marathon to raise funds for the JJL Foundation. The JJL Foundation was founded in 2024 in honor of her dad, John Jude Liskowitz, who passed unexpectedly in March of 2023 during a routine thyroidectomy after a hematoma developed post-surgery.

Over the course of the past year, Ashley and her mom have come to find the love and support from a large network of grieving families in the area. Although this has been a horrific journey, they have come to realize that many families are not as fortunate as they are. Not only are they dealing with significant grief, but they are also struggling to maintain their quality of life with the loss of financial income.

The JJL Foundation was founded to help grieving families. In memory of a loving husband, loving father, and kind and generous friend, they want to help the community around them. They will conduct ongoing efforts to raise funding, and grants will be awarded to grieving families in need.
