Dear Residents,

We would like to share some unfortunate news concerning a valued member of our team. Our longtime housekeeper, Arlen, recently experienced a devastating fire at her home which resulted in significant loss and disruption to her living situation.

Arlen has been a dedicated member of our community staff for the past year and many of you know her through the care and pride she takes in maintaining our property. During this very difficult time, we would like to extend our support to her and help ease some of the unexpected expenses she is now facing.

With the Board’s approval, a GoFundMe page has been established on Arlen’s behalf to assist her as she begins the process of recovery. Residents who wish to help are invited to consider making a contribution of any amount. Participation is completely voluntary, but any support would be greatly appreciated.
