I’m Asking for Help From the Heart

Hi everyone,

This is one of the most vulnerable things I’ve ever written, but today has shaken me in a way I didn’t expect.

Earlier today, my bonus baby was in an accident that completely totaled my car. Thank God he’s okay! That’s the only thing that matters. I hold zero anger toward him. He’s a new driver and was on the way to pick up his little sister from school !

I love that child, and I’m just grateful he’s safe. But the reality of what comes next… it’s heavy.

That car wasn’t just a car. It was how I got my kids to school, how my husband and I got to work, how I kept my family moving. It was how I made sure my responsibilities were handled. It was my stability. And in one moment, it was gone.

I’m trying so hard to be strong for my family, but the truth is… I’m tired. I’m overwhelmed. I feel like life keeps piling things on me faster than I can breathe. I work hard relentlessly and I still can’t seem to catch a break. Losing this car right now feels like one more weight on shoulders that were already carrying too much.

We don’t have public transportation where we live. We don’t have a second car. And rideshares are expensive when you need them daily. I’m doing everything in my power, but I can’t fix this alone. And that’s a hard thing for me to admit.

So I’m asking, from a real place of humility for help. If you’re able to donate, share, or support in any way, it truly means more than I can express. I’m not looking for sympathy, just a hand to help my family get back to something stable and safe.
