Araqa is a survivor of abuse, a devoted mother who has done everything she could to protect and care for her baby. Despite this, under devastating and unjust circumstances, the father has gained legal custody. Now Araqa has been arrested, faces prison time, and has been separated from the one person she loves most: her child.

This situation has shattered her family both emotionally and financially. Over the past few years, Araqa’s loved ones, friends, and family, have spent thousands of dollars fighting for her freedom, trying to navigate a complicated legal system that has failed her in far too many ways.
