Support April's Fight Against Ewing Sarcoma

As many of you may know, April received a Ewing Sarcoma Cancer diagnosis early in March and started her first chemo treatment this last Friday — something no one is ever prepared for. As you can imagine, this has been a challenging time for her and her family. She is not only facing the fight of her life, but Gerard and their kids are also facing a future that is uncertain.

April and Gerard’s livelihood comes from running their businesses. They have both had to stop working as April has awaited a diagnosis and treatment to finally start, with Gerard taking time to be by her side through this journey.

The future for them will be filled with long hospital stays, inpatient chemo treatments, and unexpected expenses that nobody should have to worry about while trying to fight cancer.

Any donation, big or small, will go directly to them for all the medical costs insurance doesn’t cover, and all the extra costs of being treated and rehabilitated 2+ hours away from home, food, gas, parking, and the hotels for the family to stay when they can visit. Your support would be helping with all of these things and taking a little stress off her and her family.

The first thing you see when you meet April is her big, kind heart. She also loves those close to her fiercely, especially her kids.
