Apple Orchard's Sign Replacement Project

To the Apple Orchard Community,

My neighbors, Mark and Judy Heiser, and I are starting this Go Fund Me page due to the positive response we’ve received about replacing the neighborhood signs. Our end goal is to build two new signs to replace the existing ones to our entrances on Forde Ave and West Martin.

This is a a non-profit project and we are only asking for donations to cover materials. Any remaining money left over will be donated to a local charity. Once we have raised an adequate amount , we will start the project.

We are hoping to complete this project by end of summer or early fall. I am attaching the current design concept, which may be subject to change, before we land on a final design.

Anyone that is interested in joining and helping with tasks such as removing the old sign and clean-up of the existing brick foundations, sign painting, mounting the new signs, etc., should PM me or Judy Heiser.

I have contacted the homeowners where the current signs reside and they have graciously agreed to the project!

Also, please share this information with anyone in Apple Orchard Community that you may know that doesn’t use Facebook. If you prefer to donate other than through Go Fund Me, please do so by private messaging Judy Heiser.
