Support Apoyo's New Space and Youth Program

Ellensburg community! Let’s pitch in to help set up Apoyo for their new space and youth program.

Volunteers are hoping to buy a couch for their space while it’s on sale (at Shaw’s Furniture) during the holiday weekend. The couch is $495…but I am hopeful our community can do even better than that!

Apoyo is a grass roots organization that has had a presence in Ellensburg since 1998. They distribute food, clothing and household items in our community and beyond.

“APOYO” means “support” in Spanish. It also stands for “Allied People Offering Year-Round Outreach.” Our mission is to empower by providing vital resources, advocacy, education and opportunities to build community. We share and celebrate the presence, histories, and cultures of im/migrants and Latinx people in Central Washington and beyond.
