Support Antonio's Fight to Keep His Family Home

My name is Aylin Ruiz, I am making this gofund me for my uncle, Antonio Balleza to help pay for his attorney fees.

Antonio is in middle of possibly losing his home of 20 years, where he currently lives with his wife and 3 boys, because of injustice his own sister is doing to him.

Around 20 years ago, my uncle, Antonio Balleza, needed a loan to finish his house (the house this post is about). His sister offered to get a loan under her name to help him. My uncle’s, Antonios, credit at the time was not the best, so they changed the property to his sisters name and got the loan for him to finish his house.

Years past, for whatever reason they never got it changed back to my uncles name. When he would bring up the conversation “about changed it whenever she had a chance” she would put it to the side or make up an excuse. If you know my uncle, he has a big heart and doesn’t see evil in a person, so he didn’t think his own sister would do him wrong.

A couple of days ago my uncle found out she consulted with a lawyer, and that she has no intentions of giving him back HIS property. There is proof that she is not, and has never been the owner of that house. She can’t even show one receipt of a penny she has put into the house.

Now my uncle is the position of possibly losing his own house that he lives.

There is a lawyer being talked to about how to go about this, but I will try to keep updates as days go on.
