Hello! My name is Anthony Downs and I have been with St. Thomas the Apostle's Troop 340 from when I started in Cub Scouts through now as a Boy Scout. The first stage of my Eagle Scout project is collecting funds and items for welcome baskets at Maggie's Place. Maggie's Place is a great organization that provides safe housing and a nurturing community for homeless pregnant women, empowering them to thrive throughout their lifetime. Welcome baskets provide soon to be new moms a heartfelt welcome as they move into their new home. If you can, please help me support raising funds to help these pregnant mothers in need.
