Support Anthem Country Club Homeowners' Fight for Justice

I've lived in Anthem Country Club for over 20 years. As a general community and neighborhood, I love it. But there's one thing I, and many others do not - the for-profit entity - Anthem Golf & Country Club (The Club)- that sits in the middle of our neighborhood and we are forced to be members of. A first-world problem? Absolutely. But the underlying issues can impact anyone. Our community is unique in that we are forced to pay to be members of a for-profit entity and have no voting rights or control over them. The only way we can exit the "contract" is to sell our homes. Meanwhile, members of the public can join and pay roughly $30 more a month and can cancel as they see fit, without having to uproot their family and move.

I filed a lawsuit to put this to an end - for our community and to set precedent for any similar arrangements that only benefit corporations, to the detriment of the homeowners in the communities they sit within. It will not be fast. It will not be inexpensive. Any support you can provide is greatly appreciated.
