Hello! We are Anna and Jason. We are so grateful that you have taken the opportunity to visit our page and learn more about our journey. By learning more about our story, you have now become an integral part of our growing village.

We are overjoyed to be able to grow our family through adoption!

Every story of adoption is unique, and we look forward to taking you along for ours. Although adoption can be and is incredibly beautiful, it is often rooted in hardship or the selfless decision of an adopted child's birth mother or parents to give them a chance at an extraordinary life. We will forever be grateful to them for being the reason we are parents.

I (Anna) work as a Physician Assistant in a Pediatric ICU, and I (Jason) am a Police Officer, working as a Student Resource Officer. Together, we have always dreamed about our future family and what that may look like for us. Based on our professions, as well as our personal values, the support and well-being of children is and will always be a priority to us.

Adoption has always been something we felt compelled to consider for our family. We have had ongoing conversations about the possibility of adoption prior to our marriage and prior to even knowing that we would struggle with infertility. Through life's highs and lows, self-reflection, prayer, love for one another, and open and honest communication, one day, it all made sense.

We were meant to adopt. We believe that every child is deserving of a loving family, where they can grow up and flourish into the amazing individual they are destined to be. We hope to give our future child a safe and supportive home for them to thrive, as well as provide them with continued positive and enriching life experiences. We are so excited for the day when we can officially call ourselves parents through adoption.

With that being said, adoption does not look the same for every family, and many aspects of the process, including associated fees, vary depending on the route of adoption a family chooses to venture on. The associated fees are often rather great, in the projected range of $50,000 or more at times for families. These fees typically include, but are not limited to the adoption application, dossier paperwork, home study, social work, agency, travel, temporary housing, and legal fees.
