Hi, this is Anna, I’m a single mom to a wonderfully creative and inspiring little boy, Emmett. I am a teacher but have only been able to find part time work. Right before Christmas, I was let go from my steady, salaried position with no warning, and it has been extremely difficult to provide for myself and for my child with the part-time teaching job that I have. Now only making 1/3 of my normal income, I am working as much as I can every week, and still not making ends meet. With a week of snow days followed by the flu, my pay this month is extremely short.

Emmett and I live together in a house that I rent and that we have grown to love. We understand that this may not be our forever home, but it’s what we can afford at the moment. Please consider helping us make our ends meet this month.
