Our amazing mom, Angie Heidingsfield, was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma on April 14, 2025 and is starting her fight to beat breast cancer.

After a full month of bloodwork, CT and PET Scans, MRIs, and appointments with her Breast Specialist and Surgeon, Reconstructive Surgeon, Oncologist, and Physical Therapist, we have found that it has remained in her left breast and hopefully JUST in the two lymph nodes in the MRI! She has HR+, HER2-, slow growing, and non-aggressive, with lower recurrence scores. Double Mastectomy with reconstruction will be on May 23, 2025 and the FIGHT IS ON!
