Angela Denise Taylor is my mom. She is one of the nicest, caring, giving human beings that has been able to live on this earth. Mom is currently in hospice care. She fought against ovarian cancer in 2024 and went into remission until the cancer came back in early 2025. The cancer doctor found 3 spots in mom's stomach. She started chemo again, but not long after the chemo, she had to start getting paracentesis, which is a procedure that uses a needle to drain excess fluid, called ascites, from the abdominal cavities. This is a procedure an individual will have to do for the rest of their life.

Not long after this process started, on July 3rd, my mother had a severe stroke, which caused her to become paralyzed on the right side of her body. She also lost a significant amount of communication skills. Unable to talk clearly or express what was going on, I had to be by her bedside for the past 3 months. My grandma and I both have been at home caring for my mom for the past few weeks, and just last Friday, the doctor officially told us the devastating news that my mom's cancer has metastasized, which refers to the spread of cancer cells from their original site (primary tumor) to other parts of the body. 90% of cancer patients who have this happen to them will turn fatal.

Currently, my mom is no longer eating or drinking as much as she was. We are now looking for funeral arrangements. Unfortunately, my mom did not have life insurance.

At this time, I'm asking for financial assistance for my family and my mom. I know I'm asking for a lot, but we just don't have the means to afford a full-on funeral, and honestly, we need money to help pay for therapy, family support, and means to pay bills for the next few months until we can go back to work.

I know my mom and my family would be so grateful for anything you can give. This is absolutely devastating for my grandmother, my brother, mom's husband, her brother, and will absolutely destroy me.

I pray no one ever has to go through something like this, and if you have, I am so sorry. Cancer is taking an incredible woman off this planet.

My family and I, but most importantly my mother Angela Taylor, thank you for anything you can give us. All money will go back into anything we may need for mom's funeral, therapy, and family bills we will need after this.

Bless all of you,
Anthony
