I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but here we are.

My husband has recently been diagnosed with bowel and stomach cancer, and our whole world has been turned upside down in such a short space of time. We’re trying to take things one day at a time, but if I’m honest, it’s scary.

He’s not just my husband — he’s the most amazing dad to our six children. They absolutely adore him. He’s their comfort, their fun, their guidance… everything. Seeing them try to understand what’s happening, while we’re trying to stay strong for them, is incredibly hard.

Right now, we’re focusing on getting him through treatment and giving him the best possible chance. We’re also looking into additional support and therapies alongside his medical care.

I feel a bit uncomfortable even doing this, but I know we need help.

If anyone is able to donate or even just share this, it would honestly mean so much to us. Every bit will go towards his treatment, his care, and helping us keep things as steady as we can for the children during all of this.
