Support Andrew Prats' Eagle Scout Project

My name is Andrew Prats and I am a life scout with Troop 165 in Painesville, Ohio.  I am currently working on my Eagle Scout project, a milestone that signifies years of dedication, leadership, and community service. I am reaching out to seek your support for a special initiative that will greatly benefit the students of St. Mary’s School in Chardon.

For my Eagle Scout project, I am organizing the construction of a Gaga Ball Pit at St. Mary’s School, a project that the students there have been wishing for. Gaga Ball is an engaging and inclusive game that encourages physical activity, teamwork, and fun. The addition of this pit will provide a new recreational opportunity for the students!

The student council at St. Mary's has already raised $1000 through fundraising. However, to bring this project to life, we need to raise an additional $5500 to cover the costs of materials, construction, and installation. Here’s a breakdown of how the funds will be used:

Materials: Metal side brackets, wood, padded side toppers, weed barrier, sand, gravel, drainage, and rubber padded flooring. 

Construction Costs: Labor to level the area where the pit will be placed

Miscellaneous Expenses: Tool rentals, trash disposal, water and snacks for volunteers
