Hello, my name is Andrea Palmer. On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, my kids and I were woken up and lost everything we had to a horrifying house fire. I never expected myself to be in this situation; it's even harder as I look at my 3 kids, sleeping in a hotel bed with nowhere to call "home." My family and I watched our home burn to the ground until there was literally nothing left. My mind often wanders back to everything that happened, from trying to get my kids and a few animals out, to hearing my sister and brother-in-law screaming for their lives, and my 1-year-old niece's life, because they were trapped on a third-floor roof. Unforgettable and unwanted memories, for anyone. A lot of people, companies, businesses, organizations, and the whole community have come together to help the other four families and mine in this tragic time. But now I need to look and find a new home for my children and me, and over time, feel safe again. So I am asking others, anything will help. My children and I appreciate everything that people have helped with so far and for what may/will come in the future. Bless and thank you.
