Andersen Middle School Parents and Caregivers are holding a special fundraiser specifically for Andersen families in need of ongoing resources, including rental assistance, utilities, and other bills. Many Andersen families are currently struggling to afford and access groceries and other necessities. Funds raised will be used to provide Andersen families with this needed financial support.

At this time, January 2026, we are focusing on directly supporting Andersen students and families by providing Rental and Utilities support. Every dollar goes directly to our Andersen Middle School students and their loved ones. We are working together as a small group of parents and caregivers with staff to make sure that the money raised by this fundraiser goes directly into the hands of Andersen families who need rental and utilities support. All of the money that is raised by this fundraiser will go directly to Andersen families.

Erin T. (Organizer of this GoFundMe) is overseeing withdrawal of the donated GoFundMe funds into their personal bank account. Erin T. is a parent at Andersen Middle School and a neighbor of the beneficiaries receiving the funds. Erin T. is responsible for the management of the funds used to reimburse payments made for rent and bills. Bill/rental payments are made in response to requests for help with demonstrated need (e.g. supported by bill statements or requests for rental support) from beneficiaries (neighbors and community members with children at Andersen Middle School). Rental and bill payments are distributed in cash, ACH transfers, or by cashier's checks to beneficiaries by volunteers using the donated funds from the GoFundMe. Aid is provided to beneficiaries with need within one week of request for need.
