Hello, my name is Ana. I am a proud mother to two beautiful little girls Via, 6 years old (born April 16, 2019), and Gabbie, 4 years old (born November 12, 2021). They are my world, my purpose, and the reason I continue to fight every single day.
On October 16th, I made the difficult and brave decision to leave a domestic violence situation in California. For the safety and well-being of my daughters, we returned home to Georgia, where we could begin to rebuild our lives surrounded by love, stability, and hope.
However, our journey has taken another painful turn. I have been fighting for primary custody since October 30, 2025, here in Georgia. Recently, the girls’ father filed for emergency custody in California, forcing me into a legal battle in two different states. To protect my daughters, I urgently need to maintain legal representation in both Georgia ($4,000) and California ($5,000).
As a single-income mother, these unexpected legal fees are overwhelming. I am doing everything I can, working, praying, and reaching out to family and friends with kind hearts who may be able to help us during this time. I was able to pay my Georgia lawyer but I need some help with my legal fees with my California lawyer and I cannot do this alone. The funds will be used to pay legal fees in California so my lawyer can continue to represent me and my children.
This fight is not just about legal rights, it is about keeping my daughters safe, secure, and with the mother who has raised them since day one. I have cared for them through every milestone, every tear, every laugh and I will never stop fighting for them.
If you feel called to help and even the smallest support will make a life-changing difference for us. Every donation brings us one step closer to staying together and continuing our healing.
Thank you for reading, for sharing, and for believing in us. Any amount like $5 or $10 or $25 can go along way. May God bless you for your kindness and generosity.
With love and gratitude,
Ana, Via & Gabbie
