Hi, my name is Ana Osorto. My father was detained by ICE on May 29th, 2025.t He is being held in the Butler County Jail in Ohio, where they are keeping him in his cell 24 hours a day. I've contacted an immigration lawyer who said she could help us. We need at least around $14,000, and we don't have that kind of money just laying around. He was here legally and was still detained. The program that released him back into America is slowly being taken away! He has lived in America for over 35 years. He is fluent in English and Spanish. He doesn't know much about his home country. We are all he has and vice versa. He has three daughters here that are his, and he claims our seven siblings as well. We, as a family, depend on him. He takes care of his fiancée and his youngest daughter, who will be 15 on June 13th. He was deported back in 2015, which was really hard on all of us children, and now we are reliving that trauma and pain. Our hearts are torn to pieces at the thought of losing our father again.
