As many of you know, our dear friend Amy Pannell Krokstrom has always been the first to offer a helping hand to others. Now, her family faces the challenge no one should have to endure alone. In late 2025, Amy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma of an unknown primary that metabolizes in bones and lungs. Since then, she has been fighting with incredible strength and grace. Amy finished her final run the morning of January 13,2026 at 6:30 am. Amy was an avid runner, loved to travel with her husband Karl and was the best dog foster mom on the planet. Amy will be greatly missed by friends, family, and co-workers.

Many of you have reached out asking how you can help. As everyone knows the hospital treatments, and the financial reality of battling cancer is overwhelming. Between hospital stays, medications, and specialized care, the costs are rising quickly. This fund is a place for the many people who love Amy and want to contribute in a way that makes a difference.
