Amber Dawn's Comfort, Care and Memorial.

Dear Family and Friends, as most of you are aware, my sister, Amber Dawn Stirnkorb-Cripe has been fighting for her life for many years. She was first diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2017. She went through chemo treatment and was in remission for 4 years before the cancer reappeared at the end of 2022. Amber has been a warrior for over 2 years battling metastatic triple negative breast cancer and unfortunately, the treatment options have ended. Without treatment Amber’s life expectancy is weeks with optimistically 3-4 months. Amber’s cancer has spread to her bones and the last PET scan showed more lymph nodes in the chest wall as well. In the past couple of months Amber’s health has quickly declined and we have decided it’s now best to find the options to make Amber comfortable and her life as enjoyable as possible.

Amber’s whole life has been to be a positive influence to everyone. She loves so hard. She loves her friends, co-workers, strangers, but most of all she loves her children. She has four children, Kamryn (21), Luke (18), Jacob (17) and Allen (9). They are her “why” and the reason she has fought so hard for many years. Amber graduated from Temple High School in 1996 and raised her kids through Belton ISD. She loves both Temple and Belton communities and has made many friends and acquaintances over the years.

I have always known my sister as the strongest person. She is beautiful inside and out. Her smile is contagious and lights up a room when she walks in. She has been everyone’s biggest cheerleader. She shows up for her nieces and nephews, and even her friend’s kids. As we work to change her life around and move to hospice, we are asking for your support. Prayers first. Pray for her peace and especially for her family.
