Our beautiful, creative, and kind friend Amalia was just enjoying a fun day floating down the Chattahoochee River when the unexpected happened. In the middle of the adventure, she noticed a brother from the ATO fraternity struggling against the current. Without hesitation, Amalia jumped in and saved the day.

But in the process, the river claimed something precious—her phone. Her lanyard slipped away in the chaos, and by the time she made it back to shore (a hero), her phone was gone to the depths.

This was completely out of her control, and now Amalia—who is always there for her friends, creative in everything she does, and a joy to everyone who knows her—is left without a phone.

We’re rallying together to raise $900 to replace her phone and get her reconnected. Amalia IS INNOCENT—she lost it not out of carelessness, but because she was helping someone else.
