Hello, this is Ariya. My daughter, who is turning three in April this year. My name is Alyssa and I am her momma.

Ariya currently does not reside at home.

She was taken away from me because she was hurt while not in my care. As soon as I saw my baby was hurt, I took her to the hospital, where they transported me to Loma Linda. There, I was removed from my daughter, and she was taken from me.

I have been trying to get her back for almost a year, fighting a battle with lawyer fees and now am in debt and gas fees to go visit her and attend court hours away. All these expenses have added up, but I have done it because I will do anything for my baby girl.

They expect me to stop fighting, dragging out the process, and hoping that I give up. Dangling my daughter in front of my face, playing not only with me but with my daughter's emotions and life. I will never give up on my daughter; I will never stop fighting for her.

I host this fundraiser in hopes of asking for help and also spreading awareness to those of you who would be willing to help me out in fighting to get my daughter back and clearing my family’s name. The majority of this fundraiser is to help me pay for a good attorney as well as some other costs within this process. If you are able to help, that would be much appreciated. Update:

I have gotten her back but am fighting for this treacherous case to end well over a year. Currently struggling financially to pay certain bills and childcare, and with the government shut down in affect and being apart of the DOD not sure how far were going to make it. Not only has this whole thing affected us financially but mentally struggling and physically worn down. Any support would be helpful and appreciated, again thank you for listening to my story.
