Support Alton Legion, the only Legion in Caledon
Donation protected
We are looking for support and donations from private and corporate sections. We have in our town of Caledon veterans and we would like to continue to show our respect to them and to have a building which shows them the respect they deserve. It would be a shame to see this last standing Legion close.
Alton Legion is a newly renovated building in the village of Alton. This is the only Legion left in the Town of Caledon.
The new building is capable of hosting many different functions from general meeting to weddings. Besides the large room for holding functions, we have the Legion club room for members and guests to play cards, play pool, watch sports games on the large TV screen and hold dart games and tournaments.
We are a non-profit organization and without the help of many contractors and general labourers whom have generously given their time free of charge, the building would not be where it is today.
