Hi Community! My name is Allyson and I am here on behalf of my best friend Alora Miller and her three children who lost everything in a devastating house fire. In just moments, their home, their belongings, and all sense of normalcy were gone. They escaped with their lives but that’s it. They were left with next to nothing, and heartbreakingly, they also lost their beloved family cat in the fire.

This is a woman who has always been the first to help others. She has volunteered countless hours, worked in the Abington Township School District, and has been a constant source of support in her community. Years ago, during the shutdown, she even organized fundraising efforts to help TSA workers stay afloat. She gives without hesitation and never asks for anything in return.

She is also a fiercely devoted mother, including to a special needs son, and right now her family is facing the unimaginable: starting over from scratch while trying to keep her children safe, stable, and supported.
