Hi there!! In light of the resent strike settlement, I have ended this go fund me!

We know that times of crisis and increased stress lead to increased interpersonal violence. As a result, 50% of the funds raised through this fund are earmarked for individuals and families that are suffering from the dual challenges of domestic/sexual violence as well as economic stress from the ski resort closure.

100% of the funds donated here will be sent directly to the San Miguel Resource Center who will distribute funds to survivors who will then forward 50% of the proceeds to the Good Neighbor Fund which helps those struggling from financial hardships during these difficult times.

The San Miguel Resource Center's mission is to provide aid to help eliminate domestic violence and sexual assault in the Telluride community through intervention services, prevention education, and social change. Their client service programs include 24-hour Crisis Hotline, Personal & Legal Advocacy, Emergency Shelter & Safe-Housing, Support Groups, Resources & Referrals.
