السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،

نتوجه إليكم بهذا النداء الإنساني العاجل لمساندة أخينا علي، الزوج والأب المكافح لثلاثة أبناء مراهقين، والذي مر خلال الـ20 شهرًا الماضية بمحنة قاسية ومؤلمة لا يتحملها إلا أصحاب القلوب الصابرة.

بدأت معاناة علي عندما تعرّض لاعتداء عنيف بطعن بسكين على مستوى العنق من طرف شخص مختل عقليًا. تم نقله بشكل طارئ عبر مروحية إلى المستشفى، حيث خضع لعلاج طويل ومعاناة جسدية ونفسية شديدة. وبعد شهرين من العلاج، خرج من المستشفى وهو يأمل في استعادة حياته تدريجيًا و بدأ استئناف العمل،لكن للأسف، لم تمضِ فترة طويلة حتى ظهرت عليه أعراض مرض نادر وخطير يُعرف باسم الوهن العضلي الشديد (Myasthenia Gravis)، وهو مرض يهاجم العضلات تدريجيًا ويجعل المريض يفقد السيطرة على أجزاء من جسده عضوًا تلو الآخرى قد تكون الطعنة سبباً في ذلك للأسف لا يمكن إثبات ذلك. ومنذ ذلك الحين، أصبح الاخ على عاجزًا عن العمل والحركة، يحتاج إلى رعاية دائمة.

زوجته كانت تحاول أن تسدّ الفجوة من خلال العمل لساعات طويلة في وظيفتين، بالإضافة إلى مسؤوليات البيت، وتمريض الزوج، ورعاية ثلاثة أولاد. لكن الجهد الجسدي والنفسي أثقل كاهلها، ولم تعد قادرة على الاستمرار كما في السابق. توقفت تدريجيًا عن العمل، ما أدى إلى تراكم الفواتير وتدهور الوضع المالي بشكل كبير.

العائلة حاولت التقديم على الدعم الحكومي مرتين وتم رفضها، وهي الآن بصدد تقديم طلب جديد بمساعدة محامٍ، ونرجو أن تُقبل هذه المرة بإذن الله. لكن حتى يتحقق ذلك، تحتاج الأسرة لدعمنا العاجل.

نهدف إلى جمع مبلغ 4000 دولار لتغطية الفواتير المتراكمة مثل السكن، والكهرباء، والماء، وغيرها من الضروريات المعيشية.

نرجو منكم إخوتنا وأخواتنا الكرام أن تساهموا بما تستطيعون، فكل مبلغ مهما كان بسيطًا يُحدث فرقًا، ولا تنسوا مشاركة هذا النداء مع الآخرين.

We reach out to you with this urgent humanitarian appeal to support our brother Ali, a devoted husband and father of three teenage children, who has endured a severe and painful ordeal over the past 20 months—an ordeal that only those with steadfast hearts can bear.

Ali’s suffering began when he was violently assaulted and stabbed in the neck by a mentally unstable individual. He was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition, where he underwent extensive treatment and endured immense physical and emotional pain. After two months of hospitalization, he was discharged with hope of gradually regaining his life and even resumed working. Unfortunately, it wasn’t long before he began to exhibit symptoms of a rare and serious illness known as Myasthenia Gravis, a disease that gradually weakens the muscles and causes the patient to lose control of their body, one part at a time. Since then, he has become unable to work or move and is now in need of constant care.

His wife tried to fill the gap by working long hours at two jobs, while also managing the household, nursing her husband, and caring for their three children. However, the physical and emotional burden became overwhelming, and she could no longer keep up. She gradually stopped working, leading to a buildup of bills and a significant financial decline.

The family applied twice for government assistance but was denied both times. They are currently submitting a new application with the help of a lawyer, and we pray it will be accepted, God willing. But until that happens, the family urgently needs our support.

We aim to raise $4000 to cover overdue bills such as rent, electricity, water, and other essential living expenses.
