Support Alfred Kiwia's Family in Crisis

"Our dear friend from Tanzania, Alfred Ignatus Kiwia and his family have fallen on hard times. His wife Neema suffered a brain hemorrhage that has left her partially incapacitated, which has required multiple surgeries with more coming in the near future. This has left Alfred as the sole supporter of Neema and their three children and has drained all their saving for the required surgeries.
