Hello! It's Alex from Scouting America Troop 332, and I am raising funds to use toward my upcoming Eagle Scout Project. I am building an U.S. flag disposal/receptacle box for my community to ensure flags are safely disposed of when they are no longer in use, collected, and then retired properly. Construction workdays are TBD.

This box will be built and then attached to a clothing donation shed located at the Moose Lodge in W Henrietta, NY. The clothing shed is the result of an Eagle Scout project by a former scout who has granted me permission to attach my flag box to the shed. BOTH the shed and flag box will be maintained and cared for by my troop. Should my troop dissolve at some point in the future, I have a solid commitment from the Moose Lodge president that they will make sure both projects continue to succeed in the years to come.
