I’m creating this fundraiser anonymously because I want to protect my privacy while sharing what my son and I are going through. This fundraiser is for me and my 8 year old son. I was recently seriously injured after being shot in the eye with a BB gun and had to have surgery. Because of my injury and recovery, I’m currently unable to work, which has made it difficult to keep up with bills and everyday expenses. I was also in an abusive relationship for 11 months, and everything I’ve experienced has affected not only me, but my son as well. Right now, I’m focused on healing, taking care of my son, and getting our lives back on track. The money raised will help with medical expenses, household bills, transportation, food, and other basic needs while I’m unable to work. Any amount would mean more to us than people know.
