Help Me Attend the ADL Leadership Summit in NYC

Hi everyone,

My name is Alexander Hope, and I’m honored to share that I’ve been selected for the ADL’s Glass Leadership Institute (GLI): a national leadership development program focused on combating antisemitism, advancing civil rights, and building stronger, more equitable communities.

As part of this program, I’ve been invited to attend the Never Is Now Summit in New York City this spring– the ADL’s flagship event for Jewish civic leadership and policy advocacy. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with fellow leaders, learn from seasoned advocates, and deepen my work where community, justice, and public service align.

While the ADL is generously covering my accommodations for the summit, I’m responsible for all other travel and event-related expenses, including:

-Round-trip airfare (PDX-NYC)

-Ground transit in NYC

-One extra night of lodging

-Professional attire (suit and shoes)

-Pet care while I’m away

-Meals and other logistics

As a full-time graduate student currently pursuing my Master of Public Administration (MPA), I’m living on limited income while preparing for a career in public service. That means I need some help covering the gap.

I’m hoping to raise funds to make this opportunity fully accessible and represent my community with the preparation and professionalism it deserves.
