UPDATE(1/12): Baby Andi was born 12/18. She was in the NICU for three weeks after birth. Andrew, Alex, and the baby were sent home last Thursday. That evening the baby’s Owlette monitor alerted them that Andi had stopped breathing. Alex and Andrew were able to do rescue breathing to save her life. She was rushed back to Children's hospital in Colorado Springs where she remains on oxygen and a feeding tube. Her temperature is really low and the doctor’s are afraid she has an infection but so far test results have been inconclusive. She made it to 32 weeks! They have stopped the magnesium chloride but they are still hoping she can last a few more weeks. Drew and the kids are still staying at the Ronald McDonald House. This has been a huge blessing. We had to cancel the baby shower but we are very appreciative of everyone who has donated. This has helped them cover the expense of the family living away from home. We want to help them get the items they still need for the baby since this little one was a big surprise.

Hi, my name is Madison. I am trying to raise money for my brother’s family. My sister-in-law went into labor 10 weeks early. The doctors are trying to hold off labor for at least another 4 weeks. They had to transport her to a hospital that is out of town, which has made it difficult for the family to visit/stay with her. They are currently staying in a Ronald McDonald house over an hour from home. She has already been in the hospital a week on bed rest. My brother had to take leave from work so that he can be home with their other two daughters and also be there for Alex during this terrifying time. It is also unclear how long the baby will need to stay in the NICU after the birth.

In hopes to alleviate some of their stress, I am starting this GoFundMe so that they will be able to pay bills and get the rest of what they need for the new baby. Anything helps!!
