Each year, we are reminded of something extraordinary: our team's dedication and hard work, which drive Ala Costa’s ability to provide high-quality programs and services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As we move into another year together, we want to take a moment to celebrate them and ask for your help in doing so.

Our annual staff bonus fundraiser is back - one of our favorite traditions. The team at Ala Costa works to ensure that the people we support have access to high-quality programs, meaningful opportunities, and the support they need to live self-determined lives.

This year, we've set a goal of raising $12,000, with every single dollar going directly to the staff members who make our mission possible. No overhead. No exceptions. Just a direct thank you to our staff members.
