Support Aja's Journey to Her Mother's Farewell

Hello. My name is Aja Perbix, and I'm raising money to attend my mother's funeral. She is dying of metastatic pancreatic cancer. One morning in early November, my mother woke up with a yellow tint to her entire body and was admitted to the hospital for testing. Imaging revealed masses in her pancreas, liver, lungs, and colon. After a surgery to insert a stent in her pancreas, she was able to return home for a final Thanksgiving meal with family. Sadly, less than two weeks later, after falling at home, she was readmitted to the hospital, where she suffered multiple strokes and seizures. Now, all life-continuing activities have been stopped, and my mother is dying. My siblings and step-mother hope to get her home as soon as possible, so she can pass her final moments at home, surrounded by family.

Unfortunately, my husband and I live 12 hours away and have many responsibilities that prevented us from being there in her final hours. Now, we need help to attend her coming funeral.
