My name is Ahmad, and I am a 16-year-old from northern Gaza. Over the past months, my family and I were displaced multiple times to the south of the Gaza Strip. When we were finally able to return to the north, we found that our home had been completely destroyed and that we had lost everything we owned. Today, we are living under extremely harsh and unbearable conditions, with no safety and a severe lack of even the most basic necessities.

In addition to this, my father is ill and in need of medical treatment, and it has become necessary for him to leave Gaza to receive proper care. Due to the war and my father’s illness, our family’s only source of income has been completely cut off, leaving us in an extremely fragile situation.

We are currently living in a tent that does not protect us from the cold of winter or the heat of summer. With the loss of even the minimum essentials required for daily life, our days have become filled with suffering and instability.

I had previously launched a fundraiser on GoFundMe, but unfortunately the beneficiary’s account was suspended by the platform. This prevented the donations that many generous people tried to send from reaching us and further worsened our humanitarian situation. For this reason, I am reopening this appeal in the hope of receiving urgent assistance for my family.

My goal is to raise $25,000 to cover the essential daily needs of my family: my father (52 years old), my mother (44 years old), my sister (18 years old), and myself. Our primary goal is to secure a safe and stable place to live, in addition to food, clean water, and basic medical supplies.

The ongoing crisis and restrictions have caused prices to rise dramatically, and access to even the most basic necessities has become extremely limited. Our remaining resources are rapidly running out, making daily life increasingly difficult.
